// Beta interest · iPhone
Import a paper or PDF COF, turn it into stages, run setup and zeroing, score shots, and keep rifle and load data local on your iPhone. We are opening beta spots for shooters who want to test it on real match days.

COF IMPORT — document, photos, text
MATCH DAY — setup, zeroing, scoring
RIFLE DATA — loads, ladders, barrels
// Product workflow
The app is not a brochure for a match. It is the working book: import the course of fire, set the rifle, prep the stage, score the shots, and keep the rifle data that comes out of it.

Bring in a COF document, photos, pasted text, or a nearby transfer. Review the draft before it becomes the match book.

The setup pass keeps the match, rifle, zero data, and checklist behavior in one place before anyone starts scoring.

Range Officer mode keeps the active stage, scoring surface, and shot state close enough for match pressure.

Zero cards track offsets, group size, and the rifle zero used for the day.

Profiles keep barrels, active loads, copies, and round counts tied to the rifle instead of the match.

The Kestrel setup surface shows scan, connection state, devices, and cached weather fields when available.
// Built for all three vests
The same match flows through every role without stepping on anyone's data. Directors own the source of truth, ROs run the line, competitors keep their prep private.
Build matches, publish matchbooks, and edit the shared source of truth.
Score quickly, confirm the brief, and keep the stage running cleanly.
Review the match book, track notes, and keep private stage-level prep data.
// Match day workflow
Build stages by hand or use the optional COF import assist to draft targets, distances, round counts, and match information. Nothing becomes the match book until you review it.
ROs log hit, miss, or no-shot per round with par times on screen. Zero cards capture your match zero and every adjustment after it. Impacts land on a target diagram instead of a margin scribble.
Stage logs keep scoring, wind notes, called shots, and target impacts together. Export the book as a PDF or share the base match as a passphrase-locked .dmbmatch file.
// Between matches
Every rifle profile carries its action, chassis, glass, and barrels. Barrels log round counts across training and matches. Loads live with the barrel they were developed for: powder, charge, primer, seating depth, velocity, ES, and SD. Current loads and ladder tests can be shared as rifle-data files without moving the rest of the match book.

// No cloud between you and your data
Your matches, rifles, and logs live on your device. No account, no sync service, no server of ours holding your season.
Sharing is deliberate: matches export as encrypted .dmbmatch files, locked with a passphrase you set — send by AirDrop, Mail, or nearby transfer.
The optional COF import assist sends only the content you select to OpenAI, using an API key stored in your device Keychain. It stays off unless you turn it on.
// The lab
Experiments ride along clearly labeled — on by choice, never in your way.
The phone's microphone listens for shots and takes voice calls — bang, hit, miss, confirm, stop — so the stage log fills itself while you stay on the gun.
The app has a Kestrel setup surface for scanning, connection state, device rows, and cached weather metrics: temp, pressure, wind, humidity, density altitude, and direction. Full live weather and ballistics sync still depends on vendor protocol access.
We are looking for beta testers who will run real COFs, real rifles, real zero work, and real scoring pressure through the app.
